Conditions of special works and personalization

• To carry out a special job, the client will have to contact sincomentarios at the email address [email protected] or by phone at 0034 686654830 to expose the product they want to make.

To make a budget as tight as possible, it is essential that you provide a sketch or drawing with all the exact measurements, explain the idea, and the preference for the type of skin and color.

Sincomentarios will make a non-binding budget where skin samples will be attached for the customer's choice.

The budget is free.

In the budget Sincomentarios will give an approximate delivery date that may vary depending on the accumulated orders.

The acceptance of the budget is subject to the signature of which a copy will be delivered for both parties

Upon acceptance of the budget, the client will have to pay 50% of the budget and the other 50% upon delivery of the item.

The price of labor is € 50 an hour plus VAT.

In special works, waivers are not allowed once the article has begun.

Neither changes nor returns are accepted.

The applicable warranty is the same as the rest of the articles on www.sincomentarios-nocomments.com

• To carry out a personalization with engraved initials or initials or names embroidered on the products / personalization section / the name or initials are attached and later to make it effective click on the personalization section to process it in the shopping cart.

The price of customization is € 10 to be added to the price of the item.

Changes and returns are not accepted in customization.
