SinComentarios sandals collections have been handcrafted following high quality standards. All our sandals have a 15-day guarantee that covers possible manufacturing defects, starting from the moment the item is purchased.
The purpose of this guarantee is to use the product during the 15-day period in order to see possible manufacturing defects.
The conditions of application of the guarantee are as follows:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
To be effective, it is essential to register in the customer area at the time of purchase.
The guarantee covers possible manufacturing defects such as badly sewn pieces, badly placed rivets, broken leather (must be assessed), detachment of soles.
The warranty does not cover stains, friction, aging, color changes.

We will study the damage that your article presents, through photographs that the client will send through email, to verify that the guarantee is applicable, in which case we will repair it and if it is not possible we will proceed to replace it.
The warranty does not cover the costs of transportation for the repair or replacement of the item.
